Pricing questions
What does 'per site' mean?
One subscription covers one inspection site — every inspector, manager, and admin at that site is included. There are no per-user charges.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no payment details are required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to continue. If you choose not to continue, your inspection records are emailed to you so your site retains its records — nothing is held hostage.
What if WoFMate stops suiting our needs?
You can cancel at any time. When you do, your inspection records are emailed to you for your retention requirements — your records belong to your site, and they leave with you.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — you can move between tiers as your needs change. Get in touch and we'll sort it.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars excluding GST. GST is added at the standard rate on invoice.
What about the features marked 'In development'?
Customer-facing branding is the only feature currently marked in development, and it's included in the Complete tier at no extra cost when it ships. The VIRM alerts and inspector quizzing modules, previously listed here, went live in August 2026, as did the QMS Compliance Centre before them. We label them because you should know exactly what you're buying today rather than what's coming.
