NZTA auditor access

When the auditor asks for checksheets, hand them a login

WoFMate gives an NZTA auditor controlled, time-limited access to retrieve your site's checksheets directly — every record exactly as it was produced, because completed checksheets lock automatically.

  • Time-limited access window
  • Exact locked PDFs
  • Scoped to checksheets only

Controlled access, complete records

You grant access for a defined window. Within it, the auditor can list your site's inspections and retrieve the exact checksheet PDFs — the same NZTA-format documents your inspectors produced, unaltered since the moment they were completed and locked.

No photocopying, no thumb drives, no "we'll post them" — and no auditor standing in your office while someone digs through archive boxes for a checksheet from eleven months ago.

Why integrity is the point

An audit is fundamentally a test of whether your records can be trusted. Because WoFMate locks every completed checksheet and keeps rechecks chained to their original inspections, what the auditor retrieves is inherently the genuine record — the integrity question is answered by the system's design rather than by assurances.

Frequently asked questions

Does the auditor see my whole system?

No. Auditor access is scoped to retrieving inspection checksheets for your site within the access window you grant — it is not a general login to your WoFMate account.

How long does the auditor have access?

Access is time-limited. You grant it for the audit period and it expires automatically.

Can records be altered before an audit?

Completed checksheets are locked automatically at completion and rechecks remain linked to their original inspections, so the audit trail cannot be quietly tidied up after the fact.
