VIRM alerts & inspector quizzing
When the VIRM moves, your whole team moves with it
VIRM amendments don't announce themselves in the workshop. WoFMate's VIRM module closes that gap: every amendment flagged to every affected inspector, with the evidence trail to prove your team saw it, read it, and understood it.
- Amendment alerts
- Read attestation
- Comprehension quizzes
- Training-record evidence
Alerts and attestation
When an amendment lands, affected inspectors are alerted in the platform they already work in. Each inspector attests that they've read the change — and that attestation is recorded, so "did your team see the amendment?" has a documented answer instead of a shrug.
Quizzing: evidence of understanding, not just receipt
Reading isn't the same as understanding. On the Complete tier, amendments come with short comprehension quizzes, and the results feed each inspector's training record. For currency-of-knowledge questions at audit time, that's the difference between asserting competence and demonstrating it.
Together with the QMS Compliance Centre's training register, this makes inspector currency something the platform maintains continuously — not something reconstructed before each audit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the VIRM module available now?
Yes. Amendment alerts and read attestation are available on the Professional tier and above, and comprehension quizzing on the Complete tier, where a pass is required before an inspector can record an amendment as understood.
What's the difference between attestation and quizzing?
Attestation records that an inspector confirmed reading an amendment. Quizzing additionally tests comprehension with short questions and records the result against the inspector's training record.
Why does this matter for audits?
Inspector currency of technical knowledge is part of what an NZTA audit examines. Recorded attestations and quiz results provide documented evidence rather than verbal assurance.
